Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator Assistant at EU119 Vishay Newport Ltd. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from managing the switchboard to supporting VIP visits and Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Environmental Health and Safety training programs
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including facilities management and operations
- Assist with audits and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage meeting minutes and action items, maintaining accurate records and follow-up
- Support VIP visits and Executive Office, ensuring seamless coordination and logistics
Requirements
- Previous office management experience, preferably in a facilities or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Professional telephone manner and respect for confidentiality, with ability to handle sensitive information
