  • Maintaining a Positive Home Environment: Contribute to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the residential setting.
  • Addressing Challenging Behaviors: Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors effectively and safely, prioritizing the well-being of all residents.
  • Protecting Vulnerable Individuals: Ensure the safety and well-being of the young people under your care by adhering to strict safeguarding protocols.
  • Promoting Independence: Support the development of life skills and independence in a manner that empowers each child.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people facing adversity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a residential care setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents as needed.
