About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to young people with complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges.

Our Residential Support Workers are responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our young people. This includes supporting them with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as encouraging their participation in educational and recreational activities.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our young people, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to young people with complex needs
  • Support young people with daily living skills, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage participation in educational and recreational activities
  • Work collaboratively with young people, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
