Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including domestic needs, education, and socialization skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment that promotes the well-being and happiness of our young people.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our service.
Requirements:
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.

  • A competitive salary of £12 to £12.30 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night (equates to approximately £30,672 to £31,294 per annum).
