Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-quality fit-out projects for commercial spaces, working closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and specifying consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from cradle to grave, ensuring timely completion within budget and deadline
  • Collaborate with Design, Pre-Construction, and Installation teams to deliver projects
  • Attend pre-contract and client meetings as required
  • Ensure financial elements of projects are managed effectively, maintaining margins
  • Communicate with clients to resolve queries and issues
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Manage projects with values up to £1,000,000

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in the commercial fit-out/design & build market sector
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving license and vehicle
  • Well-presented, confident, and motivated individual
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
