As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our client, an established Construction and Property specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at house builders, social housing developers, and landlords, and student accommodation companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction or building products industry.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and requirements of housebuilders, developers, and landlords, and student accommodation companies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
