This is a great opportunity to be part of our Major Project department, which coordinates some of the impressive new building projects in the London skyline. Our team has experience with high-profile projects like The Shard, Leadenhall Building, Cannon Place, The Walbrook, and the Bloomberg European headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of your assigned projects to ensure project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget.
  • Work with clients, subcontractors, and KONE colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding limitations, and staffing requirements.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the project.
  • Oversee the planning of delivery and storage of materials to the site(s).
  • Coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management skills, with previous experience as a Project Manager.
  • Preferably worked in the lift industry before, or experience in Project Management in the wider construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and Analytical skills.
  • Strong organization skills that allow you to coordinate complex projects.
