Job Description

As a Lift Engineer at ACE Lifts Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex installations and repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and elevators, and for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular routine maintenance on commercial and residential lifts
  • Perform lift servicing and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns and callouts during regular hours and out-of-hours
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Lift Service Engineer or 4 years' time-served in the lift industry
  • Desire to develop role as Lift Engineer, making use of lift data trends
  • Keen knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • NVQ level 3 Lift Servicing & Repair, LEIA modules or equivalent desirable/working towards
