About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Major Project department in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation of lifts and escalators in some of the city's most impressive new building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of your assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Interface with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and KONE colleagues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with KONE methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure productivity gains and high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in the lift industry, preferably in a project management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
