Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple lift installation and modernization projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient operations.
  • Liaise with clients, providing clear communication on project timelines, progress, and any potential challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project stages.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lift Project Manager or in a similar role, managing lift installations or modernizations.
  • Strong understanding of lift systems and mechanics.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and ensure project satisfaction.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
