Why this role?
This is a great opportunity to be part of our Major Project department, which coordinates some of the impressive new building projects in the London skyline. Our team has experience with high-profile projects such as The Shard, Leadenhall Building, Cannon Place, The Walbrook, and the Bloomberg European headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of your assigned projects to ensure project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Be the interface with all key stakeholders during the project, including clients, subcontractors, and KONE colleagues.
- Oversee the planning of delivery and storage of materials to the site(s).
- Coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Aim to be an energizing leader who gets the best of others and strives to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong Project Management skills, with previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Preferably worked in the lift industry before, or experience in Project Management in the wider construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and Analytical skills.
- Strong organization skills that allow you to coordinate complex projects.
