VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major Security Systems focused company.

This full-time position offers a negotiable salary, along with a fantastic benefits package and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include logging and assigning service calls using CASH software, dispatching engineers, and providing excellent customer support.

Liaising with clients via email and telephone is also essential, including booking appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.

The successful candidate will work interdepartmentally to support colleagues and ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently.

For this role, we require at least two years of experience in a similar position, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft packages.

A high standard of organisation and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work independently.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
