We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ITS (Technical) Ltd in Bristol. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team.
About the RoleThis role will involve managing day-to-day operations, tracking maintenance requests and orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for coordinating inspection and maintenance of facilities and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track daily operations, including maintenance requests and orders.
- Monitor helpdesk emails and telephone calls for requests for maintenance.
- Coordinate inspection and maintenance of facilities and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and update databases and records related to Facilities Management.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other third-party service providers.
- Process invoices and send them to accounts for payment.
- Answer telephone enquiries and process as appropriate.
- Provide reports and feedback to clients on a regular basis.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
