Global Human Resources Director

Job Summary:

Reed HR is seeking a seasoned Global Human Resources Director to lead our client's mission-driven organization in driving a world-class people strategy. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership in shaping a scalable, innovative, and high-performance HR infrastructure across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with global employment laws.
  • Shape and maintain a high-performance, purpose-driven culture.
  • Drive talent development and oversee learning and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and lead change management initiatives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Contribute to ELT's strategic discussions and keep leadership informed of HR developments.
  • Engage in external benchmarking and continuous improvement within the HR field.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent CIPD qualification (Level 7 minimum).
  • Extensive experience leading global HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in change management and developing people-focused strategies.
  • Strong command of HR systems and best practices for performance management and compliance.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR technology solutions.
