Job Overview

As a Guest Relations Receptionist at ISS, you will play a vital role in curating a workplace environment that fosters wellbeing, productivity, and enhances company culture. You will be part of the Workplace Experience team, working closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve onsite service delivery.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all client site procedures and standards are met, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with ISS's Global Strategy and deploy new initiatives to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant systems.
  • Health and Safety understanding.
