Customer Support Representative Opportunity

The Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the key point of contact for customers' queries related to parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders, and deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering precise and timely parts interpretation by analyzing parts manuals and other resources to ensure accurate parts supply
  • Providing customers with reliable estimates of lead time and costs, harnessing Komatsu's inventory and parts pricing systems
  • Championing our company and its products by maintaining a positive outlook, adhering to quality assurance procedures, promptly identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions
  • Proactively engaging with customers to enhance sales, while offering tailored solutions that demonstrate your commitment to exceptional service
  • Elevating the customer experience by delivering outstanding service that leaves a positive impact

What We're Looking For:
