Role Overview:
Komatsu Australia is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering precise and timely parts interpretation, providing reliable estimates of lead time and costs, and championing our company and its products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely parts interpretation by analyzing parts manuals and other resources.
- Provide customers with reliable estimates of lead time and costs, utilizing Komatsu's inventory and parts pricing systems.
- Maintain a positive outlook and adhere to quality assurance procedures, promptly identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance sales, offering tailored solutions that demonstrate your commitment to exceptional service.
- Elevate the customer experience by delivering outstanding service that leaves a positive impact.
