As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and process support for the Repairables value stream. Your primary purpose is to lead and manage standard product projects, ensuring that technical project requirements and conditions are incorporated into the final design and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage standard product projects, fully responsible for Engineering and Procurement

• Provide input and support to Operational workshops, internal sales, and vendors for technical guidance

• Ensure that technical project requirements and conditions are incorporated into the final design and documentation

• Support engineering and drafting coordinators and other supportive staff assigned to the team

• Coordinate and compile basic design information to external consultants and other project stakeholders

• Chair regular meetings with internal project staff and external consultants, including preparation of appropriate minutes of meeting

What You Bring

• Relevant Engineering diploma or Trade qualification

• Experience with ERP systems in a production planning environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with customers, sub-contractors, and other personnel daily

• Experience in multi-commodities, both Hard Rock and Coal, is an advantage

• A positive approach towards continuous safety improvements
