Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking on-site and remote audits of our operations, as well as managing and facilitating external audits by clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake on-site and remote audits of our operations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage and facilitate external audits by clients and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage audit scheduling and arranging audits to ensure timely completion.
- Manage audit outcomes and associated documentation to ensure accurate and complete records.
- Assist in the continual development of our systems and operations to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
Requirements
- Experience in internal auditing, with a strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
- Training provided to upskill in additional ISO standards if required and other business accreditations.
Essential Skills
- Proven implementation of management systems, including ISO standards.
- Implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Writing procedures and key documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
