Therapeutic Education Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at TCES. The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing bespoke therapeutic programs for neurodiverse pupils. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of educational and therapeutic support, mentoring staff to develop their skills and knowledge in working with complex groups.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent) and current HCPC registration">
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations, particularly those with autism and SEMH needs">
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work flexibly and independently">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues">
