Pediatric Interventionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and lead our therapeutic education provision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions and initiatives, and will be experienced in working with neurodiverse young people with complex needs. They will also be able to mentor and develop team members, and will have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• To lead the therapeutic education provision and develop high-quality therapeutic interventions and initiatives.
• To mentor and develop team members, and contribute to the development of the therapeutic education service.
• To work closely with educators and other professionals to deliver high-quality education and care.
• To be proactive and innovative in your approach to the role, and to continuously seek ways to improve the service.

TCES is an independent social enterprise providing specialist therapeutic education in London. We support exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs and associated disorders.
