Neurodiversity Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at The Complete Education Solution (TCES) in London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of exceptional neurodiverse children and young people.
About Our Pupils:
Our pupils have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in behaviour that challenges. Many have been excluded from other provisions up to three times before reaching us and have had significant periods out of education.
About the Role:
This role requires a qualified and HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience in paediatric or education services, mental health units, youth offending, online or outreach provisions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions and initiatives to support best practice with vulnerable and complex groups.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience working with neurodiverse children and young people
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Proven skills in assessment and solution-focused interventions
