Sales Account Manager Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at HomeLet. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for representing our company as a leader in the lettings industry and ensuring that all customers feel valued through the delivery of outstanding levels of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent HomeLet as a leader in the lettings industry
- Ensure all customers feel valued through the delivery of outstanding levels of service
- Engage with marketing to provide innovative and fun ways to engage customers, obtain feedback, incentivise loyalty and sales, and create a personal touch
- Drive change by identifying areas of our proposition or service that may be challenging for our customer base and ensuring communication is shared and ownership is demonstrated until resolved
- Grow a pipeline of agents with all sales opportunities clearly identified
- Identify business initiatives to help stimulate agency engagement and drive development opportunities for profitable growth
- Proactively develop leads coming into the business through the sales cycle, reporting on progress with all leads
- Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy across allocated pipelines
- Schedule appropriate sales training for all agents and ensure implementation is effective
- Monitor and report on performance against pipeline targets and agents won into the business
- Update competitor information regularly and share with sales colleagues
- Complete the CRM system Salesforce to record activity and progress
- Take full ownership of individual performance and personal development
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience using all office systems (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
