We are seeking an experienced Risk Resolution Expert to join our claims team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling and management, with excellent analytical and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex claims efficiently, utilizing analytical and technical skills to identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external counsel to develop effective litigation strategies for claims in litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with Claims Handler Guidelines and protocols, and maintain accurate records of claims activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims handling and management, preferably in general liability, premises, products, personal, and advertising liability claims.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to handle complex and difficult claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience.

Work Environment

Our office is located in Exton, PA, with additional locations in Hartford, CT, and Atlanta, GA. We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
