Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage assigned claims, including initial analysis, drafting coverage letters, and developing resolution strategies.
  • Partner with internal and external counsel to set effective litigation strategies for claims in litigation, consistent with AXA XL's best practices.
  • Ensure all documentation is present in the claim file and adhere to Claims Handler Guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in claims handling and management, preferably in general liability, premises, products, personal, and advertising liability claims.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to handle complex and difficult claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with colleagues, insureds, brokers, and legal counsel.
