Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Plymouth Learning Partnership. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to our leaders and teachers, ensuring the smooth operation of our Primary Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to leaders and teachers, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Ensure the efficient management of pupil services, including attendance and behavior.
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors and provide friendly and efficient support to staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Support the operational activity of the school, including managing resources and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.
