We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Client Contact Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals making contact by phone, email, or online.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing information required for government contracts, with comprehensive training provided.

Working hours will be 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability throughout November.
