Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements for client businesses, including audits and tax computations.
  • Maintain a client portfolio, including quoting, fee and statutory deadline management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling telephone calls and correspondence from clients and HMRC.
  • Train and support junior members of staff.
  • Manage the accounts production workflow as part of the office management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments and professionals to provide a comprehensive client service.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xero.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, audits, and tax computations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
