Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth
- Manage and optimize social media presence to engage with customers and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data and metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the marketing mix and marketing strategy
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
