Marketing Director

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify key accounts, target markets, and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Regional Marcomms
- Develop relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations.
- Oversee the planning and evaluation of marcomms targeting key accounts.
- Develop targeted comms and content for owned digital channels.
- Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage accurate databases for customers and prospects.
- Develop and use up-to-date databases to build relationships with key accounts and targets.
Evaluation
- Supervise information gathering and compilation of statistics pertinent to marketing plans.
- Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against KPIs.
- Ensure consistency with key accounts in developing pipelines and opportunities.
Other
- Manage direct reports and ensure regular performance reviews.
- Adhere to company policy and practice.
- Perform other duties as required.
