The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify key accounts, target markets, and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and regional marcomms.
Regional Marcomms
- Develop relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations.
- Implement targeted comms and content development for owned digital channels.
- Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage accurate databases for customers and prospects.
- Develop and use up-to-date databases to build relationships with key accounts and targets.
Evaluation
- Supervise information gathering and compilation of statistics pertinent to marketing plans.
- Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against KPIs.
- Ensure consistency with key accounts in developing pipelines and opportunities.
- Adapt plans based on market, company, customer insights, and evaluation.
Other
- Manage direct reports and ensure regular performance reviews.
- Adhere to company policy and practice.
- Carry out other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
