Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify key accounts, target markets, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and regional marcomms.

Regional Marcomms

  • Develop relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations.
  • Implement targeted comms and content development for owned digital channels.
  • Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage accurate databases for customers and prospects.
  • Develop and use up-to-date databases to build relationships with key accounts and targets.

Evaluation

  • Supervise information gathering and compilation of statistics pertinent to marketing plans.
  • Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency with key accounts in developing pipelines and opportunities.
  • Adapt plans based on market, company, customer insights, and evaluation.

Other

  • Manage direct reports and ensure regular performance reviews.
  • Adhere to company policy and practice.
  • Carry out other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
