We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, overseeing communications, managing budgets, and building relationships with partners and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Oversee communications across various channels, including social media, email, and print
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to drive business growth
- Evaluate marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the heavy machinery industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
