Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

Join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment and gain training on medical X-Ray, CT and MRI systems.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing customers with technical assistance via phone and email on faults with medical imaging systems.
  2. Performing remote troubleshooting and determining the most effective resolution for issues.
  3. Guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
  4. Escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers.

Your Background

To apply, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. Qualification in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
  2. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer environments.
  3. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  4. Full UK driving licence.

Full product training on a range of medical imaging systems (including CT and MRI) will be provided through engineer mentoring and manufacturer training courses.
