The Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Service Engineer to join our national team of engineers who take great pride in their work and aim to build long-term relationships with customers.

As a Junior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone and email, performing remote troubleshooting, and guiding customers through the problem-solving process.

You will also be responsible for escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers and working collaboratively with the team to resolve complex challenges.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline, impeccable customer service skills, and a flexible approach with a determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.

You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and be able to demonstrate a confident and professional manner in customer environments.
