We're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while developing your skills and knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll assist with personal care, help with medication, and perform practical tasks such as shopping and housework. Your compassion, resilience, and willingness to learn will be essential in this role.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (with a weekend enhancement of £11.90) plus mileage. In addition, you'll receive enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, and access to our pension scheme and benefits platform.
You'll also enjoy 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card discounts nationwide.
Your Qualifications
While social care experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals who possess compassion, empathy, and a willingness to learn. You'll need to be resilient and able to develop new skills as part of our close-knit team.
