About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our team at the NHS. This part-time position involves managing document workflows, providing administrative support, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process document management following established protocols.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for patient records.
  • Receive and make phone calls to facilitate communication with staff and patients.
  • Develop strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in relevant software programs.
Requirements
  • GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths.
  • Experience working in a GP surgery or similar healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to accurately input codes.
