We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Administrator to join our team at Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry.
As a Clinical Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to patients, students, clinical teams, and university colleagues. Your duties will include:
- Managing patient records and preparing clinical documents
- Coordinating outpatient clinics and supporting clinical colleagues
- Booking appointments and handling queries or complaints
You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure efficient clinic operations and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
