Tracheostomy Assistant with Paediatric Focus

As a Tracheostomy Assistant with a paediatric focus, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with tracheostomy care, including changing and cleaning tubes, and performing suctioning procedures
- Perform manual handling tasks to facilitate client mobility and transfers
- Participate in multi-disciplinary care planning and decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
