Estimated Salary: Up to £21 per hour, plus £50 signing on bonus and £50 refer-a-friend bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily health provision functions, including tracheostomy care, PEG management, medication administration, and personal care.
  2. Support clients with complex health conditions, working collaboratively with Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  3. Provide person-centred care, prioritising client safety and comfort in their home environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in complex care at home, working with adults or both children and adults.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full training and clinical support provided.
