About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver for Young Adults to join our team at BudWood Ltd in Bournemouth. As a key member of our residential care staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and guidance to young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, as well as a strong understanding of the issues that face this demographic. A full UK driving licence and car are also essential for this position, as you will be required to travel.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote the welfare and safety of our residents, establishing positive and trusting relationships with each individual. You will work closely with other members of the team to create a nurturing environment, encouraging personal growth and development.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.17, plus a sleep-in allowance of £64 per night. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including holiday accrual, meals on duty, and opportunities for career advancement.
