We are a dynamic community-based department that delivers exceptional patient care in Dorset. Our team supports the whole county, with two main hubs in Bournemouth and Weymouth, as well as outstations across the area.

As part of our Senior Adult Audiology Team, you will play a key role in managing change and driving service development. Your clinical responsibilities will include running complex adult hearing pathways and undertaking vestibular diagnostic testing within our Balance Team. You will also lead Audiology Led ENT Clinics, which involves onwards referral for imaging.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality patient care, motivated to work autonomously, and able to make informed clinical decisions. A comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation service is essential for our adult and paediatric patients, so good communication and project management skills are vital. We require candidates with experience in running autonomous vestibular assessment clinics, ideally with higher training such as CAC / STP / or HTS.
