Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Engineering Efficiency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building data queries that provide actionable insights, maintaining existing reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy of performance indicators. You will work closely with our leaders to provide timely, accurate, and relevant data, and collaborate with our Quality teams to find opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Build data queries that provide actionable, concise, and presentable data-driven insights
  2. Maintain existing reports and dashboards
  3. Ensure accuracy of performance indicators
  4. Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of data provided to Engineering Ops and Quality teams
  5. Work with leaders to provide timely, accurate, and relevant data
  6. Explain trends from data sources and find opportunities for improvements in the assigned Engineering Ops Division
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A track record of using quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights, driving better organisational decision making
  • Clear and concise communication, able to convey complex business logic and analytical recommendations
  • Excellent analytical skills: Quickly understand and articulate the business drivers, options, and benefits for a wide variety of business analytics
  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools including MS Power BI and Tableau
