Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Development Administrator to assist the L&D Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this position will be key in providing administrative support services, including data management, training support, and recruitment. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy L&D department and be able to adapt in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information.
- Assist with organizing training events and arranging room bookings and hospitality.
- Manage attendance records, training events billing activity, and administration of flights and accommodation for trainers.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, specifically MS Excel, and strong team-working and communication skills. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but is not essential. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
