Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the HoD's complex diary, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, process expenses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize meetings, seminars, and events, including room booking and catering arrangements.
  • Liaise with the broader Professional Services team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HoD, including document collation, minute taking, and maintaining a comfortable environment for visitors.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave provisions.
