We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Manager to join our west midlands development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, and incentives to produce the correct pipeline and meet sales targets
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal and external departments, as well as customers, from initial contact to completion of the sale
  • Take ownership of the presentation of the development and the entire purchase process
  • Identify and scope target customers, conduct appointments, introduce customers to their new homes, and measure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the housing industry
  • High levels of self-management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and sales excellence
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving license and ownership of a car
