Senior Sales Leader

ICP Search is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive UK growth with our 3G/4G portable uplink solutions. As a results-driven sales leader, you will be responsible for setting revenue goals and developing strategic sales plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Efforts: Set revenue goals and develop strategic sales plans.
- Channel Management: Expand and optimise distribution channels for maximum market reach.
- Build Relationships: Drive short-term revenue while establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Product Demos & Negotiations: Lead demos, bids, and contract negotiations with expertise.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in tech sales within the UK.
- Expertise in the broadcast or online video markets.
- Proven Sales Track Record with experience in channel management and distributor relations.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
