African Sales Director

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the African continent? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our small, destination-specific sales team in Africa.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry
• Possesses extensive knowledge of Africa's tourism industry, including destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
The Role Involves:
• Empowering each individual team member to achieve their goals through mentoring and providing the necessary tools for success
• Analyzing sales data to optimize the team's performance and success
• Organizing group training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and call coaching to ensure the team's growth and development
Estimated Salary: £57,500 - £62,500 per annum. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible working hours, mental well-being support, opportunities for learning and development, and a generous pension scheme.
