About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mears. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties, undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, and providing high levels of customer care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out carpentry repairs in occupied properties, including hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, and repairing worktops and kitchen units.
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, including basic plumbing knowledge.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and courteous service.
Requirements:
- Experience in Carpentry with basic plumbing knowledge.
- Social housing experience.
- A UK full valid driving license.
