Job Overview:

As a skilled Multi Trade Specialist with experience in rail infrastructure maintenance and construction, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of rail projects. You will utilize your diverse skill set to perform a variety of tasks, including redecoration and fit-out projects, routine maintenance and repairs, and multi-disciplinary tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate redecoration and fit-out projects on rail infrastructure, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rail infrastructure, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform multi-disciplinary tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete work, as needed to support rail projects.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Participate in engineering and out-of-hours working to complete certain projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trade Specialist with a strong background in Station refurbishment projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of rail safety standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and concrete work.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Experience with rail-specific rules and regulations.
  • Previous experience working on rail projects.
