Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trades Specialist to join our team for a large-scale apartment block project. This is a fixed-site role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install fire doors in compliance with fire safety regulations and ensure all work meets the required standards.
  2. Perform basic plumbing tasks, including repairing leaks and replacing taps, to maintain the highest level of property maintenance.
  3. Undertake minor electrical repairs, including replacing lamp holders, sockets, and switches, to ensure all electrical systems are safe and functional.
  4. Carry out plastering to a good standard, as well as painting and decorating, to maintain the appearance and integrity of the property.
  5. Complete brick and block work (optional) to support various tasks on site.
  6. Competent in carpentry, including boarding, fencing, door repairs, and replacements, to ensure all carpentry work meets the required standards.
  7. Tiling for kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring to maintain the highest level of property maintenance.
  8. General property maintenance and repairs as required to ensure all work meets the required standards.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Multi Trades Specialist.
  2. Competence in fire door installation, plastering, painting, and decorating.
  3. Basic plumbing and electrical skills, including tap, socket, and switch replacements.
  4. Experience in carpentry, with ability to handle boarding, fencing, and door repairs/replacements.
  5. Brick and block work experience (optional).
  6. Valid CSCS card and full PPE.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
